                  Software Gift Puts CSUN Students at Forefront of Engineering Design Revolution, CSUN News
                      by Carmen Ramos Chandler, Northridge, Calif., Aug. 17, 2000 : $2.5 million software gift to the
                      university from IBM and Dassault Systemes, the computer-aided design software package, CATIA ,
                      one of the most sophisticated and complete software packages currently available for doing highly
                      complicated engineering design.
