Project Schedule

Produce an Activity Bar Chart (Gantt Chart) identifying the timelines for major tasks and the important milestones for the project. The chart should indicate all deliverables as well. There are tools available to help produce Gantt Charts if you search on the Web. (You can get a 7 day free trial of SmartDraw which has an easy to use tool for drawing them, or checkout the Google Project Timeline Template). You can also use MicroSoft Visio or any other product of your choice. Or you can just create one by hand using pencil and paper.
