 Predicted Performance for a 2476-year return period earthquake with  PGA=0.5g, MMI=IX, longitudinal direction
 Recorded Performance in longitudinal direction with PGA=0.08g at basement and MMI=VI-VI at the building site

Predicted  MiF = 9.04
Recorded  MiF = 0.55
  RESUME:  Rockwell Office building, in sense of average peak accelerations, performed 45% 
  worse than its non-isolated hypothetical counterpart. Though the shaking intensity at the building 
  site was only  MMI = V - VI,  the structural accelerations were close to those predicted for the
  postulated MMI = IX + event, while the mitigation factor MiF was 9.04 / 0.55 = 17.1 times smaller.
