Software Quality Metrics

Read the “Product Quality Metrics” section of the book, Software Quality Metrics Overview, by Stephen H. Kan. It can be found at the following Web location: http://www.informit.com/articles/article.asp?p=30306&seqNum=1&rl=1. Write a one to two page analysis that covers the following:

1. Any ideas discussed that were new to you.
