PRESENTATION ASSIGNMENT

Due: 11/18 – 12/10

Each student is required to give a seven (7) minute presentation based on his/her term paper. The presentation should not be a comprehensive summary of the contents of the paper, but rather a short talk about one or more of the most interesting, most important and/or most relevant items relating to the topic of the paper.

All presentations for a given topic area will be presented on the same day. Therefore, students must contact the others in their area and agree on a date for the presentation. Presentation dates will be assigned on a “first come, first served” basis. At most two topic areas can present on a given date. You may request any of the following dates for your group’s presentations: 11/18, 11/20, 11/25, 12/1, 12/3, 12/8, 12/10.

Presentations will be evaluated based on the criteria shown on the Presentation Evaluation form.
