MEETING RULES

 

 

1.     A written record of each team meeting must be made.  These meeting reports must be turned with the project.

 

2.     Over the course of the semester each team member should serve as meeting moderator and as meeting recorder at least once.

 

3.     Although some class time will be made available for team meetings, teams will need to meet additionally as well.  The times and places for team meetings should be set by mutual agreement among the team members.  HyperNews, IRC (Internet Relay Chat), and Email may be used to supplement or replace team meetings.

 

4.     If a meeting is conducted electronically via HyperNews, IRC, or Email, moderators and recorders are still required.  The moderator is the one who takes the lead in the electronic discussion, and the recorder must summarize the results.
