This wonderful software originally from MicroSim is completely free and
well worth the effort.
First open winevals.txt using your browser; print a copy for future reference.
For now, ignore the user-manual pspcad.pdf. Double click on 80dlabe.exe
and then save it for unzipping in a Spice8 folder in your C hard
drive.
