      ME Design Lab Access


Please complete the following form to request access to the ME Design Lab. Once you are finished, click "Done" at the bottom. We will schedule an appointment for you with the campus locksmith. You must bring a California driver's license or California state ID card to your appointment. The locksmith will encode your card so that you may use it to access the lab.
